Mark Gait - Customer-centricity Champion

Mark currently has responsibility for the Customer Service delivery for O2’s Consumer and Business customers. Prior to joining O2 Mark has worked within the Customer Service Industry for over 20 years covering a wide variety of roles with brands that include Vodafone, BT, Sainsbury’s and the public sector. He has also gained broad experience in developing and leading successful Outsource partnerships, and been a thought leader in the transition from transactional relationships to transformational output based partnerships.
