NOA Symposium 2016

The worlds of outsourcing and digital are colliding. How do you come out on top?

As niche technology specialists and digital agencies rapidly steal market share from traditional providers, the future of an unprecedented number of outsourcing organisations sits on a knife-edge – prosperity lies on one side, extinction on the other.

At this year's NOA Symposium international industry leaders will unveil the technologies, standards and skills now essential to buyers and service providers that want to dominate the latest trends and thrive in the new outsourcing ecosystem.

We will share our latest research findings on how satisfied those working in outsourcing feel professionally - take our survey and help us develop our research!

Kate Vitasek - Vested Outsourcing author and one of World Trade Magazine's "Fabulous 50+1" most influential people affecting global commerce - will give the keynote address, showcasing the latest outsourcing model being put to use by Fortune 500 companies globally. All Symposium attendees will receive a copy of Vested personally signed by Kate, thanks to our sponsors Teleperformance

Attendees

The NOA Symposium attracts over 250 sourcing professionals annually. To ensure optimal value from networking, we achieve a 50:50 ratio of buyers to suppliers at our Symposium every year. As such, we limit the number of service provider places available.

Those that attend the Symposium have an interest in all types of strategic sourcing, including shared services and outsourcing. They represent companies and individuals which span the breadth of the strategic sourcing industry: buyers, suppliers and advisors.

"Symphony Ventures got involved with the NOA through the newest member of their management team, and NOA Council member, Andrew Burgess.  The decision to be a sponsor at the 2015 Symposium was fully justified from the level of interest that Andrew’s talk on Robotic Process Automation generated, which has led to a number of new opportunities for us. Overall, the event was extremely well organised with a very high quality of speakers and attendees. Definitely one of the key events in the sourcing calendar."

David Poole, CEO, Symphony Ventures
