The Automation User Group will look at Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) beyond the hype to focus on how organisations can create an automation Centre of Excellence.The Automation User Group will be an opportunity to learn from those who have successfully implemented RPA and AI programs and hear the challenges and obstacles they faced when trying to make automation work for them.
The Automation group will be split into two groups; the first for those who are beginning their journey and are at POC/early implementation stage and a second group who have an established RPA processes and are looking at the next wave of automation process/processes re-engineering to improve ROI.
