The GSA are seeking men and women in senior positions to participate in a yearlong mentoring program to help progress the careers of women in the sourcing industry. The aim of the scheme is to develop more women into senior leadership positions.
The GSA Global Standards Director, Chris Halward will deliver a half-day session to fully brief mentors on the mentoring programme approach and skills required to make the mentoring a success. Once the training has been completed mentors will be partnered with mentees depending on their industry experience.
After 6 months and again after the full year we will ask the mentors and the mentees to complete a feedback survey on their experience of the programme.
We will be running a half day Mentoring Skills session that will take place on the 8th of May 2017 in Central London (Venue TBC).
