Overview of Events

Events for the Business Services Community

Outsourcing is collaborative by nature, so it makes perfect sense to come together to learn from each other. GSA events cater for end-users, suppliers and advisors alike, building a community that prides itself on the sharing of knowledge and development of best practice.

With 25+ events per year, ranging from intimate masterclasses to large conferences, GSA events attract over 1500 specialist delegates per year, making them an excellent opportunity to meet, greet and network with people in the same boat as you!

Sometimes you need to get outside your own head - and your own four walls – to seek inspiration. Attending GSA events will foster continuous improvement in your sourcing strategy, providing essential best practice advice from a variety of experts and addressing hot topics / pain points as they occur. In short, our events will help you add value.

Focus/discussion groups that have a particular interest in the topic

To share ideas and best practice with peers, and to develop programmes and campaigns

Topics discussed within each SIG is determined from the previous meeting

SIG's include: Offshoring, Innovation, Customer Experience, Applications Management

Webinars

Webinars focus on topical issues and updates

Whilst many are pre-planned well in advance, some maybe organised at short notice to provide immediate update and response to particular issues affecting the outsourcing industry and therefore our members

Networking only events, usually organised in conjunction with a particular activity - i.e. Annual Pub Quiz

Breakfast/Afternoon Clubs

Short one hour meetings with networking strictly only prior to or after the speaker session
