The main feature of the Outsourcing Yearbook 2016, the GSA's Outsourcing in 2020 research campaign included 134 outsourcing organisations (1/3 buyers, 1/3 service providers, 1/3 support organisations).

This report highlights what the future of outsourcing holds: whether the industry will grow, what trends and technologies will be most significant, and what the new outsourcing ecosystem will look like.
