Matt Sims 

Matt has worked in the contact centre industry for more than 25-years and during this time has held executive management positions with some of the industry’s largest BPO service providers.  Most recently working at Teleperformance holding the positions of CBDO and CEO for the UK and South Africa markets helping to support clients with strategic outsourcing requirements.

Having spent 25-years in the industry Matt has been able to spend time working in both the Operational and Sales/Relationship environments and provides this rounded industry expertise to his clients and the market.

In the last 6 months Matt has stepped away from corporate life and setup a consultancy business with his partner with the intention to continue to support both buy and sell side companies with strategic decision making in the BPO industry.
