Andrew DunlopAndrew is a lawyer and heads the sourcing practice in the law firm Burges Salmon LLP. He has been involved in sourcing transactions for over 25 years. Andrew specialises in GDPR, IP, tech, data, cybersecurity, e-commerce, FINTECH, cloud and so called 'big data' plays (including data storage and security).

His transactional work includes all types of outsourcing including BPO, desktop, infrastructure, multi-sourcing, FM, JVs, strategic alliances, systems integrations and ERP implementations, e-engineering and transformational projects for corporates, financial institutions, private equity groups, techcos, governmental bodies, start-ups, developers, investors and greenhouse funds.

Andrew speaks regularly on technology, data protection and sourcing matters for conference organisers such as Marcus Evans, IBC, Smi, CLT and IIR and was previously the author of the data protection section of the PLC Cross-border Outsourcing Handbook.  Andrew is a passionate advocate within the GSA for the power of new technologies to revolutionise the business world and improve working conditions and society in general.
