We are excited to re-launch the Women in Sourcing Mentoring Program with an online kick-off event that will be a reinvigoration of our long established mentoring program to encourage the ongoing development of women in sourcing. We are calling for more mentors as well as mentees.

At the GSA- Global Sourcing Association we are massive advocates of standardisation. Why do so many companies reinvent wheels at great cost to themselves - in money and time?

We have developed both a standard NDA for all to use free of charge, and an IT and professional services framework agreement! And even better still both are locked in a cool legal tech platform that means terms can be customised but the clauses are locked so users have peace of mind that they are always signing the industry standard terms.

As a community, we invested  significant time and effort in developing these standard contracts to help level the playing field for smaller companies to partner with larger enterprises without having to pay huge legal fees or sign up to unfair and unbalanced terms!

But as times evolve, so do we. As such, it’s time to review our standard terms to ensure they align with the very latest actual and potential applications  of AI.

We’re provisionally planning for this year’s Festival of Sourcing to be held on 17th September at Sandown Racecourse, Esher. Here’s the plan.
