Festival of Sourcing Employee Engagement

We’ll be sharing the results of the GSA 2020 Wellness Survey and how Teleperformance has strived to keep employees engaged throughout the move to remote working to receive the Great Place to Work award last year. Lisa Dolan, Director of Employee Engagement and Teleperformance team members tell their stories on mental health, engagement and being your authentic self.

Speakers

Joe Williams,

Supplier Governance Manager at Aviva and member of the GSA Executive Council

Lisa Dolan,

Director of Employee Engagement at Teleperformance

The GSA’s 2020 Wellness Survey showed that just short of 3 in 4 people feel more inclined to work more hours and to work through illness whilst working from home and a third of people are now working an additional 2 hours per day more than they did in the office. How do we overcome these issues and engage employees from afar?

Teleperformance is the UK’s first service provider to achieve the prestigious Great Place to Work® (GPTW®) Award last year. A phenomenal achievement made more as awarded during the pandemic. We’ll be hearing from the inspirational Lisa Dolan, Director or Employee Engagement at Teleperformance as she tells the story of how Teleperformance worked to achieve the Great Place to Work® (GPTW®) Award.

Lisa will be joined by employees from Teleperformance as they tell their story on mental health, engagement and being their authentic selves.

Chaired by Joe Williams, Supplier Governance Manager at Aviva and member of the GSA Executive Council, this session looks at:

  • Tackling the feeling of Isolation and lack of Engagement
  • Spotting the signs of an unsuitable workspace in a WFH environment
  • Presenteeism and pressure to work through illness
