Whether or not you’re new to an outsourcing role, the GSA online test provides a solid foundation on which to develop your sourcing knowledge. The test offers an extensive list of sources and background reading to learn about the principles of outsourcing, whilst completing a set of 30 questions.

The test takes around an hour to complete, and successful participants will receive a GSA Pathway Gateway Certificate to evidence their outsourcing knowledge.

It’s all done online- so you don’t have to worry about travelling to workshops or posting submissions. Current and past participants have studied from all over the world!

The online test is organised into the following short sections:

• What is outsourcing
• Common terms and concepts
• Global Sourcing Standard - covers the key elements of sourcing
• Buyer and Supplier benefit
• Risk in outsourcing

The course is built around a multiple choice test. Participants study the material provided online and alongside will answer related multiple-choice questions that will test their knowledge. To receive the certificate participants will need to obtain a score of at least 80% in the test.
