According to Mark Aston, SVP and Business Unit Leader for UK North & Australia, CGI has been looking for “the right dance partner” in Australia for some time. The company knew that it needed to significantly grow its employee base in the region to achieve critical mass. This morning, with the announcement that it has completed (via its subsidiary company, CGI Technology and Solutions Australia Pty Limited) its planned acquisition of Unico, it has done just that.
