Kerry Hallard- CEO

Visionary industry leader, keynote speaker, diversity and sustainability ambassador, passionate about family/friends, travel, interior design and dalmatians

CEO, Global Sourcing Association, Founder of the Global Technology & Business Services Council and co-founder of the Council for Supplier Diversity UK

Kerry is the CEO and driving force behind the Global Sourcing Association (GSA), a membership-focused organization whose mission is to grow the reach and the positive reputation of the technology and business services sourcing industry globally through the development and dissemination of best practices, the distribution of standards and qualifications, and the publication and sharing of thought leadership and learning from across the industry.

Kerry is a passionate believer in the importance of mutually beneficial business partnerships, and is frequently called upon to speak on the challenges and opportunities for the technology and business services profession. Her career spans over 20 years in strategic consultancy and corporate communications in the high-tech and business-to-business arena, founding and building a successful marketing consultancy, Buffalo Communications, before taking the reigns of the National Outsourcing Association and reinventing the organisation as the GSA in 2016 to usher a new era of global partnerships.

Kerry’s desire to see beyond personal, organisational and geographic boundaries led to her spearheading the formation of the Global Technology & Business Services Council, an unprecedented collaboration of the world’s leading independent industry associations, for whom she is honoured to serve as Chairperson.

A lifelong champion of preserving the environment, Kerry campaigns for improved sustainability across the industry and is an avid promoter of the benefits of supplier diversity, which led to her being a founding member of the Council for Supplier Diversity UK, a body set up to develop and promote best practice for building diverse supply chains.

Kerry graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA Hons in Modern Languages and Information Systems, and received an MBA from Kingston Business School in 2004.

Kerry advises on the trends across the global technology and business services industry and also provides consultancy services to help countries, regions and companies better shape and promote their brands and offerings across the industry.
