Procurement is a passion for Steve, particularly when it comes to client-supplier relationships and the value that can be derived from them. With an innate ability to rapidly understand and assess value in supply chains, Steve brings a shrewd business eye to both his consultancy, Peru Consulting, and its clients, identifying value opportunities and ensuring successful implementation of procurement strategies that deliver significant efficiency and financial savings to both client and supplier.

Prior to Peru, Steve worked on the supply side at BT, bidding and delivering complex telecommunications projects and on the buy side at British Airways where he was involved in sourcing and implementing global contact centre and fulfilment solutions.
