The Covid pandemic has been a huge challenge for businesses across all sectors and industry, especially when it comes to engaging employees in a work from home environment. The GSA 2020 Wellness Survey showed that just short of 3/4 of people feel more inclined to work more hours and to work through illness whilst working from home and 1/3 of people are working an additional 2+ hours than they would in the office. How do we overcome these issues and engage employees from afar?
