According to a study by Circle In, 83% of respondents said that menopause was negatively affecting their work, and 76% called for better employer support. What resources are out there to support staff going through the menopause? What are organisations doing in this area? With the menopause being a taboo subject in most workplaces, the GSA want to open up the conversation and call for employers to support their staff through the menopausal transition.
