This is one of the most important business initiatives organised by Colombia’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and ProColombia (The country’s promotion agency). We connect Colombian Exporters with International buyers, and our goal is to facilitate the creation of business opportunities between both parties. This event will take place on March 22nd and 23rd, 2023 in the city of Barranquilla, Colombia. This event will bring together Colombian companies that provides digital and creative Services (Including: Software and IT, BPO, advertising and digital marketing, cybersecurity, EdTech, FinTech, and more) and buyers will have the possibility to preschedule 1-2-1 meetings with them. Colombia has an established and growing industry that is globally connected with high quality infrastructure and has maintained a growth trend, the creative industries sector generates 2.2% of the country´s formal employment. Colombia exports to 85 markets and the Software & IT exports in 2021 reached USD 1.14 billion and IT exports grew an average of 5.8% from 2015 to 2021. Colombia is the 3rd largest IT market in South America and the 3rd country with the most qualified workforce and the number of graduates in software and IT areas have doubled since 2010.
