And even better still both are locked in a cool legal tech platform that means terms can be customised but the clauses are locked so users have peace of mind that they are always signing the industry standard terms.
As a community, we invested significant time and effort in developing these standard contracts to help level the playing field for smaller companies to partner with larger enterprises without having to pay huge legal fees or sign up to unfair and unbalanced terms!
