Launch of the Service as Software Working Group

This session aims to:

• Provide an overview of what service as software is
• Explain the impact / opportunities for companies that do / do not embrace it (according to Gartner, AI- and generative AI-enabled technologies are projected to inject $28 billion into the business process services market in the next four years).
• Review how roles are most likely to change – from accountants through consultants to cyber security analysts
• Discuss how the enterprise software landscape will also change as a result
