Speakers

Kerry Hallard, CEO of the GSA

Kerry Hallard is the President of the Global Sourcing Association and CEO of the Global Sourcing Association UK. Kerry previously held the titles of CEO of the National Outsourcing Association and Director of the European Outsourcing Association and recently led the organisations’ highly successful global rebrand. 

Kerry’s focus is on growing the reach and the positive reputation of the sourcing industry globally, through the development and dissemination of standards and qualifications. Kerry recently established the GSA’s Standard Advisory Group, enlisting representation from 20 countries around the world, as well as senior buyers, service providers and accreditation partners.

Kerry’s career spans over 20 years in strategic consultancy and corporate communications in the high-tech and business-to-business arena, representing companies to include: ICL; Lexmark; IBM; KPN Qwest; Avaya; Crystal Decisions and Cincom.

Kerry received an MBA from Kingston Business School in 2004.

Prior to commencing her career in communications, Kerry worked in Eagle Star Insurance Services IT department. Kerry graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA Hons in Modern Languages and Information Systems.

Joe has been involved in Strategic Sourcing for the past 10 years, working on the buy side across a variety of roles, countries and continents. Joe currently runs Supplier Governance for Aviva Group Centre and Central Services and has been chair of the GSA work stream for attracting and developing talent.



Mark Devonshire - GSA Chairman and VP and Head of Client Delivery for EMEA/Latam, NTT Data Services

Mark is Vice President and the Head of Client Delivery for NTT Data Services business across EMEA and LATAM. Mark’s reputation is in managing significant Global IT services businesses; ensuring delivery excellence, motivated people, innovation and ever increasing levels of customer satisfaction.

Mark is known for driving positive change, with a proven track record of delivering tech enabled transformational change programmes in complex business environments. Previously Mark worked for Capgemini, CSC, Fujitsu and London Underground.

Mark has held several Non-Executive roles within the NHS, where he was the Vice Chairman responsible for driving the ongoing transformation and assurance of a Trust undergoing significant change.

Mark holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Loughbrough University.
