Impact Sourcing: A Case Study in Rural BPO

SHIFTING THE PARADIGM OF SUCCESS - CONVERGENCE OF ESG AND BPO: A CASE STUDY 
James Donovan, Group CEO of ADEC Innovations 



In this session, James delved into the business and BPO industry paradigm shift driven by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. He presented the case study of ADEC Innovations, an original ESG service provider.

As a Business Advisory Board member of the United Nations Environment Programme, James also discussed the progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals based on his insights, offering a perspective on the outlook for people, planet, and the global sourcing industry.

TLT’s Journey to Net Zero

Olesya Katyuk, Senior Procurement Manager at TLT




TLT has set up an ambition to achieve net zero by 2040. A tiered approach targeting supply chain emissions (e.g. emissions calculations software, supplier due diligence on sustainability – new and existing, supplier sustainability assessment frameworks, etc.) has already been set up and Olesya detailed how they plan to achieve their goals.
